Race Participation Agreement
By registering for a Ride for Glory event, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
All participants must be physically fit to complete their chosen race distance. Participants under 18 must have written parental consent. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry.
Entry & Fees
Entry fees are non-refundable. Transfers to another person are not permitted. Category changes are subject to a BDT 500 admin fee.
Race Day
Participants must ride with their official bib, wear a helmet at all times, and follow all marshal instructions. Bib sharing will result in disqualification. Podium places are decided by gun time.
Liability Waiver
Participants take part at their own risk. Ride for Glory, its directors, sponsors and officials accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising during the event. Participants with known medical conditions are advised not to participate without medical clearance.
Photography
Ride for Glory may use race-day photographs and video for promotional purposes. By registering you consent to this use.
Force Majeure
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, entry fees will not be refunded, but may be transferred to a future edition at the organisers’ discretion.
